Storage I/O processor &1 cannot be allocated for disk unit maintenance.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Hardware resource &1 controls device &2, which is either a diskette or tape device that is being used by another job.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Wait for the job to release the device
-- End the job
Then start disk unit maintenance again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An I/O processor cannot be allocated for diagnostics when one or more of its devices are in use by another job.
