Disk unit maintenance could not be started on resource &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operation on hardware resource &1 could not be started.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
-- X'01' - Resource &1 is not found on the system.
-- X'02' - The requested action code is not valid.
-- X'30' - The user is not authorized to a configuration object.
-- X'40' - An error occurred; see the preceding messages in the job log.
-- X'4A' - Configuration information could not be retrieved; see the preceding messages in the job log.
-- X'FF' - A failure that was not expected occurred.
