Option 10 of &i5sys cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Option 10 of Operating System cannot be deleted for one of the following reasons:
-- The system type could not be determined.
-- The system type is 9406 and option 10 is a required option.
Recovery . . . : Either change the value on the LICPGM parameter or the OPTION parameter, and then try the request again.
