Cause . . . . . : The save active wait time (SAVACTWAIT) parameter cannot be specified if the value for the save active (SAVACT) parameter is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify SAVACT(*YES).
-- Do not specify the SAVACTWAIT parameter.
