Data queue &1 cannot be saved to the requested release.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data queue &1 in library &2 contains an attribute that is not allowed on a release of the operating system that is earlier than Version 6 Release 1 Modification 0 (V6R1M0). The data queue has been changed to enforce data queue locks. This data queue attribute can be changed with the Change Data Queue (QMHQCDQ) API.
Recovery . . . : Change the target release or change the data queue and retry the request.
