Cause . . . . . : SP authentication (SPAUT) cannot be *DFT unless the Initialize service processor (INZSP) parameter is *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Enter *NONE for the Initialize Service processor (INZSP) parameter on the CHGNWSCFG command then retry the INZNWSCFG command.
-- Specify the user name and password used to secure the remote system's service processor.
