Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified on the &2 parameter, element &3 failed. Reason code is &4. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 - Value &5 should be specified in the form nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn, where nnn represents a decimal value of 0-255.
2 - The first octet of &5 must be greater than 0.
3 - The first octet of &5 must be less than 224 since Class D and Class E network addresses are unsupported.
4 - The first octet of &5 must not be 127 for the loopback address.
5 - The value of &5 containing only binary zeros or binary ones is not valid.
6 - The IP address &5 and subnet mask &6 does not mask the network portion of the IP address.
7 - The gateway address &7 and subnet mask &6 does not mask the network portion of the gateway address.
8 - The IP address &5 and gateway address &7 must be in the same logical network. In order for an IP address to be in the same network, the logical AND of the gateway value with the subnet mask &6 must match the network ID of the IP address.
9 - The IP address &5 and IP address &7 must be in the same logical network. In order for an IP address to be in the same network, the logical AND of the IP addresses with the subnet mask &6 must have the same network ID.
10 - The value of &5 containing only binary zeros or binary ones in the host ID portion of the internet address is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Correct the value for the &2 parameter, element &3 and then try the request again.
