Value for parameter &2, element &3 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &5 contains characters that are not valid for the &2 parameter, element &3. The value for the &2 parameter must not begin with an asterisk but can be any combination of numeric or alphabetic characters.
Recovery . . . : Correct the value specified for the &2 parameter and try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An invalid character was detected at position &4.
