Initiator and target CHAP secrets cannot be same.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The CHAP secret specified for the Target CHAP authentication (CHAPAUT) and Initiator CHAP authentication (INRCHAPAUT) parameters are the same.
Recovery . . . : Change CHAP secret specified for either the Target CHAP authentication or the Initiator CHAP authentication parameter. Then try the request again.
