Value specified exceeds maximum length of &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the user-defined field &2 &3 exceeds the maximum length of &1.
Recovery . . . : Change the value to have a length that does not exceed the maximum length allowed for this user-defined field. If the maximum length allowed is not correct, your system administrator can use the Change System Directory Attributes (CHGSYSDIRA) command to change the maximum length of this field. Use the USRDFNFLD parameter, and specify *CHG to enter a different maximum length for the user-defined field.
