Message : CPD9AA2
Preferred address must be user ID/address.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The preferred address must be user ID/address because the mail service level is user index.
If this message is sent as a result of using the ADDDIRE or CHGDIRE CL command, then if the MSFSRVLVL parameter is *USRIDX, the PREFADR parameter must be *USRID. When adding a user, MSFSRVLVL defaults to *USRIDX. When changing a user, and the MSFSRVLVL parameter was not specified, then the existing value of the mail service level is *USRIDX.
Recovery . . . : Either change the preferred address to user ID/address or change the mail service level to something other than user index.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The AnyMail/400 mail server framework cannot deliver a message when the mail service level is user index and the preferred address is not user ID/address. Applications that use the user index can only handle mail that has a preferred address of user ID/address. For example, an application that uses the user index is OfficeVision for AS/400.
