Cannot remove device &1 at this time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The status of device &1 must be 'Unavailable' before it can be removed.
Recovery . . . : To make the device unavailable, type a 9 (Work with status) next to the device name, then type a 2 (Vary off) next to the device name on the Work with Configuration Status display. Try the remove request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The Delete Device Description (DLTDEVD) command failed because the device description was not varied off.
