Cannot remove line &1. Not authorized to command.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Line &1 cannot be removed because you do not have authority to the Delete Line Description (DLTLIND) command.
Recovery . . . : Obtain authority to the Delete Line Description (DLTLIND) command, and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Normally, objects created using this display are deleted if F12 (Cancel) is used to return to the previous display. However, because the user does not have authority to the DLTLIND command, line &1 cannot be removed. F3 (Exit) can be used to exit the display but &1 will not be removed.
