Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Configuration objects were successfully created but cannot be made available (varied on).
Recovery . . . : Use F10 (if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to view the messages in the job log and determine what errors occurred. Correct the errors and then try to make the configuration available. Enter option 9 (Work with status) next to the line name, then use option 1 (Vary on) on the Work with Configuration Status display to make the line available.
