Encoding schemes not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : ENDLINFMT option is *FIXED and the source and destination files have encoding schemes which are not compatible. Data will expand or contract as it is converted.
Recovery . . . : Specify another source or destination file which creates a compatible encoding scheme combination, or specify different CCSIDs on the STMFCCSID and DBFCCSID parameters, then submit the command again.
