Record length and encoding scheme are not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The record length in bytes of destination object &2 is &1 but the encoding scheme of the destination object is double-byte or quadruple-byte and can only be mapped to a record of appropriate length. Double-byte data can only be mapped to a record with an even-numbered length. Quadruple-byte data can only be mapped to a record with a length that is a multiple of four.
Recovery . . . : Specify a destination object with the correct record length, then submit the command again.
