Cause . . . . . : Process initiation failure. The reason code is &1. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
0001-Lock creation failure. Error code &2.
0002-Unexpected exception. Error code &2.
Recovery . . . : Refer to any previously issued messages. If possible, Correct the problem identified in the messages, then try the request again. If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command. If no previously issued messages are present, report the problem using the ANZPRB command.
