An APAR condition has occurred in module &1. The reason number is &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An unexpected error occurred in module &1 with reason number &2.
Recovery . . . : Contact your service provider and provide the following information.
1 - The job log which received this message: Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) with OUTPUT(*PRINT).
2 - A file system dump listing: Enter "CALL QP0FPTOS *DUMP" on a command line, and press the Enter key. This will create a file system dump in a spooled file, with file type "QSYSPRT" and user label "QP0FDUMP". Depending on the exception condition, the file system dump request may not complete successfully.
3 - A service tool dump listing: Start SST (STRSST), option 1 - Start a service tool, option 4 - Display/Alter/Dump, option 2 - Dump to printer, option 2 - Licensed Internal Code (LIC) data, option 18 - Vnode data, and specify 0 for Vnode pool.
