CCSIDs not compatible for truncation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A stream file record required truncation as it was copied to the database file. The data is formatted according to the stream file CCSID &1. Truncation must be performed according to the database file CCSID &2. These two CCSIDs have different requirements for truncation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then submit the command again.
1) Copy to a database file with a record length long enough to contain the longest record in the stream file,
2) Copy to a database file with a compatible CCSID
3) Specify different CCSIDs on the STMFCCSID and DBFCCSID parameters.
