Time-out occurred starting IP over SNA interface.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The add IP over SNA interface (ADDIPSIFC) CL command timed out trying to start the IP over SNA interface &1.
Recovery . . . : If desired, use the start IP over SNA interface (STRIPSIFC) CL command to try starting the interface again. If the time-out occurs again, either wait for system activity to decrease or increase the default wait time for the job by using the change job (CHGJOB) CL command, and then issue the STRIPSIFC CL command again.
