Cannot send configuration to IP over SNA protocol stack.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IP over SNA protocol stack was not activated because errors occurred while trying to send the &1 configuration to the IP over SNA protocol stack.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the QLUS job log. Correct the errors and then try activating the IP over SNA protocol stack again. To retry IP over SNA activation, issue the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) CL command with the allow AnyNet support (ALWANYNET) parameter set to *NO, and then issue the command again with ALWANYNET set to *YES. If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
