Function not allowed when *ANYNW controllers are varied on.

Cause . . . . . : All APPC controllers with a link type of *ANYNW (AnyNet) must be in a varied off state for the current function to be successful. The following *ANYNW controllers (up to a maximum of 10) are in a varied on state: &1 &2 &3 &4 &5 &6 &7 &8 &9 &10
Recovery . . . : Vary off all *ANYNW type controller descriptions using either the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) CL command or options available on the panel accessed using the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) CL command. Try the function again.
