Requirements not satisfied between parameters SERVER and NBRBIO.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Number of block I/O daemons (NBRBIO) parameter has been specified with a SERVER parameter other than SERVER(*BIO) or SERVER(*ALL). The NBRBIO parameter can only be used with SERVER(*BIO) or SERVER(*ALL).
Recovery . . . : Either change the SERVER parameter to SERVER(*BIO) or SERVER(*ALL), or do not specify a value for the NBRBIO parameter. Then try the request again.
