Requirements not satisfied between parameters OPTION and TOFILE.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The To file (TOFILE) parameter has been specified with OPTION parameter OPTION(*ALL) or OPTION(*NOSAMP). The TOFILE parameter can not be used with OPTION(*ALL) or OPTION(*NOSAMP).
Recovery . . . : Either change the OPTION parameter to an option other than OPTION(*ALL) or OPTION(*NOSAMP), or do not specify a value for the TOFILE parameter. Then try the request again.
