Journal not synchronized with stream file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the journal &1 in library &2 contains an entry for an attribute change to object &3 that did not complete successfully, or an attribute change to object &3 occured without a corresponding journal entry being deposited.
Recovery . . . : See previous messages in the job log for more information regarding the journaling error. Correct the journaling problem and try the attribute change again.
