Save file data in stream file not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to copy stream file &1 to save file &2, but the stream file data does not contain valid save file data.
Recovery . . . : The stream file may have been specified incorrectly. Retry the command with a stream file containing save file data that was created by copying a save file to a stream file with the CPYTOSTMF command.
