Journaling needs to be restarted for some objects.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal error has occurred causing the file IDs of objects to change. This affects integrated file system objects that are currently being journaled.
Recovery . . . : Integrated file system objects that were being journaled should have journaling ended and then restarted. Journaling can be ended with the End Journal (ENDJRN) command or the QjoEndJournal() API. Journaling can be restarted with either the Start Journal (STRJRN) command or the QjoStartJournal() API. Journaling attributes to use on the start journaling operation can be obtained by using either the Qp0lGetAttr() API or the Display Link (DSPLNK) command on the objects.
After journaling has been restarted, you should save the journaled objects to preserve their journal attribute information. Additionally, the object must be saved after journaling was last started in order to allow for journaled changes to be applied to the object with the Apply Journaled Changes (APYJRNCHG) command.
