Cause . . . . . : Share (SHARE parameter) is allowed only if the when shared (WHENSHARED parameter) value is *ADMIN and duration (DURATION parameter) value is *PERM.
Recovery . . . : Specify *PERM for duration and *ADMIN for when shared and try the request again.
