Cannot change files on drive &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &11 on drive &9 cannot be changed because drive &9 is not a system drive. Only files on a system drive can be changed.
This error occurred in the entry that starts on the source line with sequence number &5 in member &7 of configuration file &8/&6.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error or use a different configuration file for NWSD &1. Then vary on the NWSD.
