No authority to change certain network server attributes.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Only users with security administrator (*SECADM) special authority can change the following parameters:
-- Windows Domain List (WNTDMNLST)
-- Windows Local Server List (WNTLCLSVRL)
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
Specify *SAME for the WNTDMNLST, and WNTLCLSVRL parameters.
Ask the security officer to change the network server attributes (CHGNWSA command).
