Cause . . . . . : In order to change the network server user attributes for profile &1, the user making the change must have Object management (*OBJMGT) special authority and use (*USE) authority to profile &1.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer give you the required authority to change the network server user attributes. Try the request again.
