Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to save libraries at priority &1, however, the number of libraries assigned to that priority exceeds the maximum allowed value of &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the Plan object conversion task in the Enhanced Upgrade Assistant for i5/OS to assign libraries at priority &1 to other priorities.
