Requirements between the CLEAR parameter and the MAXSTG parameter not satisfied.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In order to change the size of the User Trace buffer (by specifying a new size for the MAXSTG parameter), *YES must be specified for the CLEAR parameter.
Recovery . . . : If it is acceptable to delete the trace records currently stored in the requested User Trace buffer, specify *YES for the CLEAR parameter, specify the new buffer size for the MAXSTG parameter and try the command again. If it is not acceptable to delete the trace records, then omit the command, as the size of the User Trace buffer cannot be changed without trace record deletion.
