The SLTTHD and OMTTHD parameters are mutually exclusive.

Cause . . . . . : You may only specify thread IDs to selectively include if the OMTTHD parameter is *NONE. Likewise, you may only specify thread IDs to selectively omit if the SLTTHD parameter is *ALL.
Recovery . . . : If you want to selectively include thread IDs, specify those IDs on the SLTTHD parameter, specify *NONE on the OMTTHD parameter, and try the command again. If you want to selectively omit thread IDs, specify those IDs on the OMTTHD parameter, specify *ALL on the SLTTHD parameter, and try the command again.
