RSTLIB parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cannot specify the RSTLIB parameter if the value for the SAVLIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM, *NONSYS or multiple libraries.
Recovery . . . : Either change the SAVLIB parameter value to a value other than *ALLUSR, *IBM, *NONSYS or multiple libraries or leave out the RSTLIB parameter. Then, try the command again.
