OptiConnect connection manager open failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The OptiConnect connection manager failed during initialization of the system-to-system connection environment. The failure reason code is &1.
Recovery . . . : Reason code -32511 indicates the coupling environment is already open and cannot be opened a second time. If the failure was caused by starting a second instance of the OptiConnect connection manager, no action is necessary. Only one instance of the connection manager can be run on each system, normally as an autostart job of the QSOC subsystem. If the failure occurred when starting the QSOC subsystem, try ending and restarting the QSOC subsystem with the ENDSBS and STRSBS commands. If the problem persists, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Only one instance of the OptiConnect connection manager can be running on the system. The connection manager is normally run as an autostart job in the QSOC subsystem. It should not be started in other ways (for example, CALL). If the error occurred because you attempted to start a second instance of the connection manager, the message is for information only.
