Cause . . . . . : There are jobs in the system that are currently using system &1.
Recovery . . . : The reply to Inquiry message CPAADB6 (System &1 cannot be varied off at this time. (C G)) on message queue QSYSOPR was a C. Either wait for the jobs to complete before you try to vary the system off again, or end the jobs if you must vary the system off at this time.
