No OptiConnect remote systems found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was issued for the OptiConnect verification test to be performed. The test found no remote systems connected.
Recovery . . . : This error could be due to one of the following: the OptiConnect subsystem is not running, the OptiConnect connection manager is down, all the OptiConnect hardware has failed, or the OptiConnect hardware is not connected. Verify that the QSOC Subsystem is running (WRKACTJOB command). Display the adapter status (WRKHDWRSC command) to check the status of the hardware.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : OptiConnect is not operational to all connected systems until the error is corrected.
