Network server &1 not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Network server &1 must be in an ACTIVE state to start or end a network server application.
Recovery . . . : Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary on network server &1 if it is varied off, or wait until the network server is in an ACTIVE state. Try the request again.
