Cause . . . . . : You must have job control (*JOBCTL) special authority in your user profile to use this command.
Recovery . . . : Obtain proper user authority from your security officer and then try the request again, or have your security officer enter the request.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : To start a network server application (STRNWSAPP command), end a network server application (ENDNWSAPP command), or submit a network server command (SBMNWSCMD command), your user profile must have job control (*JOBCTL) special authority. You can specify *JOBCTL for special authority (SPCAUT parameter) on the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command.
