DEPPUNAME or LCLEXCHID required when LINKTYPE(*DLUR) specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : DLUR controllers (LINKTYPE(*DLUR)) require that the controller also specify a local exchangeid (LCLEXCHID parameter) or a dependent physical unit name (DEPPUNAME parameter).
Recovery . . . : Specify a local exchange ID (LCLEXCHID parameter) or a dependent physical unit name (DEPPUNAME parameter), then try the request again.
