Inactivity timer can not be specified with connection type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The inactivity timer (INACTTMR parameter) can only be specified when the connection type (CNN parameter) is *SWTPP.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value from the parameter. Then try the command again.
