Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The resource allocation priority (RSCALCPTY), initial mount wait time (INLMNTWAIT), and end of volume mount wait time (EOVMNTWAIT) parameters are allowed only for tape library devices.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value for parameter &2. Then try the request again.
