Cause . . . . . :
Event log (EVTLOG) parameter can only be specified when Network server type (TYPE) server connection element is *WINDOWSNT, *IXSVR, or *ISCSI with server operating system element *WIN32 or *WIN64, and the message queue (MSGQ) parameter value is not *NONE. If the EVTLOG parameter is *NONE, then the MSGQ parameter can also be *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value that is specified for the EVTLOG parameter and try the request again.
