Cause . . . . . : The auto parameter detect (AUTOPARM parameter), short haul (SHORTHAUL parameter), long haul (LONGHAUL parameter) and clocking (CLOCK parameter) can only be specified if the rate (RATE parameter) is *PRIMARY.
Recovery . . . : Change any incorrect values. Try the request again.
