Controller &24 vary on failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A controller using the same remote control point (RMTCPNAME) and same remote network identifier (RMTNETID) already exists using a different branch extender role (BEXROLE). A branch extender role can not be both a *NETNODE and *ENDNODE to a particular remote control point simutaneously.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
--On the Work with Controller Description display (WRKCTLD command), select option 2 to change the branch extender role (BEXROLE) parameter for the controller decription.
--Vary off all other controllers that specify the same remote control point name.
