Parameters not valid for rate and nettype.

Cause . . . . . : When the rate (RATE parameter) is not *BASIC and the network type (NETTYPE parameter ) is not *ATT or *NORTEL or *NORTHAM then the following parameters cannot be specified:
Local number (LCLNBR)
Local number type (LCLNBRTYPE)
Local number plan (LCLNBRPLAN)
Local number presentation (LCLNBRPRSN)
Characters to remove (RMVCHR)
Recovery . . . : Change any incorrect parameter. Then try the request again.
