IPL stream file not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Possible reasons are:
-- The IPL source (IPLSRC) parameter is *STMF but no IPL stream file (IPLSTMF) parameter value was specified.
-- The IPL stream file (IPLSTMF) parameter can only be configured when the IPL source (IPLSRC) parameter is *STMF.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again after correcting one of the following:
-- Specify a value for the IPL stream file (IPLSTMF) parameter when the IPL source (IPLSRC) parameter is *STMF.
-- Change the IPL source (IPLSRC) parameter to *STMF when a value is specified for the IPL stream file (IPLSTMF) parameter.
-- Change the value for the IPL stream file (IPLSTMF) parameter to *NONE when any value other than *STMF is configured for the the IPL source (IPLSRC) parameter.
