Partition name or partition number value is not valid with value specified for resource name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A partition name (PARTITION) or a partition number (PTNNBR) parameter must be specifed if the network server type is *GUEST and the resource name (RSRCNAME) parameter is *NONE or *AUTO. When a value is specfied for the RSRCNAME parameter, the PARTITION and PTNNBR parameters must both be *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Check the partition name or partition number and the resource name. Try the request again.
