Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The auxiliary storage pool (ASP) device status is not correct for the requested operation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a different ASP device.
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to change the status of the ASP device to Available.
